Travel with us

Each journey you take, each path you walk, each moment spent travelling opens you up to a new world with all its hidden secrets. Here is your chance to explore it. Experience the diversity of the different destinations in the Indian Subcontinent. Our travel advisors will help you create an everlasting memory of your journey based on your travel preferences.

Wildlife & Nature

The Indian Subcontinent is a paradise for birders and bird photographers. With over 1300 species of birds, the subcontinent hosts around 13% of the world’s avifaunal diversity.  A total of 87 globally threatened species has been recorded in the subcontinent. The Avi-faunal habitats of the Indian Subcontinent can be differentiated into forest, wetlands, marine, grassland, scrublands, desert and farm land.  There are vast variations in the climate within the subcontinent as well. From the almost rainless Thar desert to the moist evergreen forests of Meghalaya, to the arctic conditions of the Himalayan Peaks, and to the trans Himalayan habitat above the tree line, the temperature and climatic conditions are vastly different.

People & Culture

The diversity of culture in India makes it a continent in itself. The people of India belong to a variety of ethnicity, religion, communities, and cultures. Most states differ from one another in language, culture, cuisine, clothing, literary style, architecture, music, and festivities. India is the birthplace of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism, and other religions. The best way to understand the cultural diversity is by interacting with people of different communities and faiths. Meet the nomadic Pashmina goat herders of Ladakh, the camel herder of Gujarat, the Naga warriors of Nagaland or the Dongria Kondhs of Odisha. Each community has their way of life, folklore, festivals, and clothing.

Textile & Handicraft

Gujarat is known as the textile state of India. One of the oldest cottage industries of the state, Gujarat produces the finest range of textiles. The combination of skilled artisans, wide range of raw materials and traditional techniques perfected through centuries of practise makes these fabrics uniquely intricate in their art work. The Tie-dye technique of Bandhej, the block printing technique of Ajrakh and the Soof, Pakko and Kharek embroidery of women of Kutch are few of the many exemplary art forms found in the region. India’s art and crafts are incomplete without mentioning the textiles of Gujarat.
